Wu Junsan: “The concept of technological innovation itself is relatively weak. At the beginning, our company relied on some imitations and simulations to do things. There are no theoretical and technical theories to do, it seems to be something that is made. Not too ideal.”

In 2009, Hailu Ring Forging tried to develop new products for special-shaped ring forgings, but due to weak scientific research and substandard production technology, new products could not be launched. As a result, companies have begun to consider using foreign brains and foreign intelligence to cooperate with universities and research institutes. Wu Junsan: “We led a team from the town and went to Wuhan University of Technology with us to sign the contract. First, we made a simulation test-level software for 8m special-shaped ring forgings. His simulation can come out. The above has been detailed enough to help you formulate the next process.”

This cooperation made Wu Junsan feel the power of technology. Soon he cooperated with Wuhan University of Technology to set up a large ring forging R&D center. The first project jointly developed by the two parties helped the enterprise win the second prize of national scientific and technological progress in one fell swoop.

After the project reaches production capacity, it will increase sales for the company by more than 80 million annually. The company’s chairman Wu Junsan said that this technological breakthrough is only the beginning of the company’s technological innovation. “At the national level, the government subsidizes some of the financial subsidies for some of our development products. We use all of them for development. We don’t leave it in the factory as a profit. We give all this money back to innovation.”

Up to now, Hailu Huanhuan has cooperated with Wuhan University of Technology to complete the development and application of 15 production-university-research projects. With the improvement of production technology, the company’s efficiency is also increasing at a rate of over 30% per year. In 2012, the company’s sales target is to exceed 800 million yuan, and it is ready to go public.
